Our Chigwell project included a glass box extension for our client to configure additional space for dining and a contemplative space in the garden. Our design approach takes advantage of the existing site, orientation to utilise the natural daylight. Our clients wanted the glass box to be experienced as part of the journey through the gardens. Other design included a flat roof incorporating sky lights, zinc detail, glass bi fold doors, air conditioning and electric underfloor heating.
