We worked with the client to fully renovate this Georgian house, making best use of the space and retaining all of the original features.

Sash windows, floorboards, joists, walls and ceilings were repaired/replaced.
We assessed central heating & boiler system requirements for this four storey house, providing optimimum energy efficiency.
Electrical re-wiring and lighting detail were also necessary to create the relevant atmosphere for each room.

Back to Basics:
The basement was tanked and a dark room was transformed into a delightful, bright kitchen/ breakfast room.

Bathrooms & Cloak Room
We installed the bathroom suits with period tiles. The cabinets were individually handcrafted with intricate detail and ornate marble worktops fitted.

Dressing Room
Attractive fitted wardrobes were created with practicality in mind.

Grand Hallway
We prepared and layed a traditional tiled floor and installed a stunning fireplace. A stained glass window with an ornate carpentry surround was also created to allow light to travel through the house.

Attention to detail
Fireplaces were exposed and chimneys repaired. We then sourced and installed elegant fire surrounds throughout.
