Property One
The clients did not utilise all of their garage .We suggested making it smaller and converting the additional space into a utility with fitted kitchen and study area.

Full length cupboards were built for storage purposes. The room was plastered, and the floor was screeded to create a perfect level for the finishes.

Property Two
This room was originally a double garage linked to a computer and playroom. We reconfigured part of this space to form a hallway with internal doors, leading nicely onto a new dining area incorporating the existing conservatory.

We insulated, plaster boarded and skimmed the room where necessary leaving the beams exposed, which were stained making a lovely feature.

Two velux windows were added and spotlights on tracks were installed to create the perfect light for dining.

Under floor heating together with modern wall hung radiators add a cosy feel to this room.

Property Three
The garage originally formed part of the property, however the client wanted to use this space more effectively. We converted the area into a super playroom with cupboards for storage, and a detached garage was built to the front, side of the house.
