This delightful detached house was refurbished by the owners, after deciding to give it a modern feel.

The client knew exactly what they wanted to create even more space for their growing family!

The garage originally formed part of the property, however the client wanted to use this space more effectively. We converted the area into a super playroom with cupboards for storage, and a detached garage was built to the front, side of the house.

An extension was created right across the back, velux windows were added, allowing more natural light to travel through the house, as well as spot lights as a feature.

Notice the lovely shape of the dinning area, with patio doors.

A new kitchen was installed and a breakfast area created, which leads nicely onto the garden.

The house was then painted internally, using lovely neutral colours.
