Rear
Extension
A double storey extension was built to the side and
back of the house, enlarging the first bedroom and
making room for an en suite in the second bedroom.
Kitchen
After the back
addition was created we opened up the existing kitchen
area to provide one large space. The old windows were
removed and concertina doors installed, allowing the
garden and kitchen to come together beautifully. The
client required subtle lighting at different locations,
together with high specification speakers which were
placed into the ceiling.
Hall
We transformed this tudor style hallway with black
painted beams. Simplistic plastered walls now create
perfect lines impressively reinforced by spot lights
and a stylish dark wood floor.
Bedroom
Vaulted ceilings with velux windows were built to
provide lots of natural light to the childrens bedrooms.
Spot lights on a dimmer switch create an ambient feel.
Master
Bedroom
The en suite, which
is cleverly hidden behind fitted wardrobes, was refurbished
using a neutral colour scheme.
Bathroom
You can see that we
have transformed this room with a vaulted ceiling,
modern tiles, new sanitary ware and hand built units
with sit on sinks to give a stylish contemporary feel.
The lights within the mirrors are perfect for this
room.
Heating
System
The
old classical white thermostatic radiators were removed
and replaced. The client wanted modern wall hung fixtures,
in different styles, shapes and colours. The central
heating system was overhauled and the boiler upgraded
to accomodate the additional radiators.
